Residential Visits
As part of our outdoor adventurous curriculum and to prepare our children for life beyond the classroom we offer the unique opportunity for our children to go on a residential visit for 1 night in Year 3 to Ford Castle and for 2 nights in Year 4 Robinwood. From packing their own bag to flying the zip wire our children all have the opportunity to Shine Brightly during their time away.
Ford Castle
Ford Castle is a medieval castle in the heart of Northumberland. It is run by PGL a company who have been running adventurous holiday camps for years. Our children have the unique experience of staying in a castle combined with a range of fabulous outdoor activities.
Robin Wood
Robin Wood is a well established activity centre at Barhaugh Hall near Alston. With fantastic indoor and outdoor facilities the children will be problem solving in the Piranha Pool and leaping from the trapeze.
